By purchasing, setting up, or using a tapkar card, dashboard, or digital page ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
tapkar provides NFC and QR-enabled smart cards linked to a digital menu, profile, or business page, along with a dashboard to manage and update that content. We are a technology and design service provider — we do not process payments or manage your business operations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, pricing, images and content you upload to your dashboard. tapkar is not liable for outdated or incorrect information published by you on your page.
Setup involves a one-time fee for card design, printing and page creation, followed by a recurring subscription to keep your page live, editable and supported. Non-payment of the subscription may result in your page being suspended until payment is resumed.
tapkar cards are provided for the exclusive use of the purchasing business. Reselling, duplicating or tampering with the NFC chip or QR code without authorization is prohibited.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once card production or page design has begun. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; your page will go offline at the end of the current billing cycle.
tapkar is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including due to third-party outages, internet connectivity, or device incompatibility.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
